Each year, we look forward to hosting approximately 75 professional artists from all over the region.  We are a Fine Art, Jewelry and Fine Wares Show.  We offer a broad spectrum of art to appeal to a wide range of patrons.  From casual shoppers to avid art collectors, there is something for just about everyone at our Market.  Due to Covid19 concerns, the Wesleyan Artist Market will be presented Virtually for the first time in our 23 year old history.

Artist Set-up N/A for 2021.  Typically, move-in time slots will be offered in early Spring, first come first serve basis, via Wufoo sign-ups. We have a loading dock area, carts and an elevator (if needed), plus volunteers available for both Load-in and Load-out.

Artist Inventory – Artists will be required to upload their inventory to the Virtual Platform by April 12, 2021.  Failure to do so may result in the Market replacing the respective artist.

Artist Booth Information/What to Bring- N/A for 2021.  Typically  (in a non-virtual show year), booths for each artist consist of 4 x 4 x 4 pegged panels, set up in a U shape, or a 6' table (extended booth size for Top 10 Returning Artists from previous year). The bracing across the front of each booth will provide an easy way for each artist to add additional lighting. Artists are responsible for bringing their own lighting (we highly recommend).   We provide seating for you. The Artist Market also provides artists with hooks for pegboards, booth signs, name tags, and sales tags. ​​ We also suggest artists bring draping (neutral), and any other small set-up elements (table, display rack, baskets, small rug, etc.) to add interest to their booths.

Artist Meals and Snacks N/A for 2021.  We are pleased to offer an Artist Hospitality Suite for our artists and their registered booth assistants.

Artist Participation – N/A for 2021.  We do require that professional artists be present the entire run of the show.   Our artists are what make our show special–we need you there!  Friday is our longest  day (hours) at the Market.  Many artists will bring a registered guest to assist at their booth on Friday and/or Saturday. ​

Spreading the word – For the 2020 Market, our comprehensive marketing program included:  advertisements and features  via social media, direct mail via The Wesleyan Magazine (distribution of 4,000+), digital billboard(s), radio, signage, banners, posters, and flyers. We engaged Imagine Advertising and Publishing, Inc. for professional services. Additionally, Peachtree Corners Life Magazine and Radio was our Presenting Media Sponsor Group for the 2020 Market. We also advertised via our Opening Night Media Sponsor Atlanta Homes & Lifestyle Magazine, as well as several other print and digital outlets.  We anticipate similar arrangements for Market 2021.
